Does your family relative need to visit a doctor or any other medical reason(s)? Here at Wize Choice, we transport our clients in a timely manner with safe protocols to arrive at their next appointment. A Wize Choice Caregiver will assist with everyday errands such as grocery shopping and laundry with our without the client. Transport and assistance to and from doctor and therapy appointments. Transport to visit family, attend religious functions, or simply a day of fresh air to get out of the house.
